GuitarBoy 1.0
Should have posted this a long time ago... I need ideas to help me finish it! Currently it's in a new state where the wires are soldered to a small PCB, but its tricky mounting it to the gameboy that way because I don't have any super rad machinery to make it perfectly align to all the contacts. @ calmdownkidder: yes, and it plays well with Nerdrix too
@ combatdave: yeah the recent version is all the wires coming out of the guitar and heat-shrink-tubed together, so its like one thing, and the cables are affixed to the PCB that way, which ideally mounts on a sawed-off gameboy... Ill post an updated pic tonite

combatdave : this is super awesome! tried running the wires through the gameboy, and then using some other type of cable with 6 wires in instead of 6 individual ones?
you could maybe fuck about with the link port on the gameboy and use a gb link cable...
