I KILL PXLS : Thanks! I made the portrait part on a low pixel canvas (something like 50x50 pixels) and "painted" it with the pencil tool with the brush size set to 1 pixel which I then blew up on a regular size canvas. Honestly, there's probably an easier way to do that and I'm sure someone here knows. The words at the bottom are actually a font so I didn't have to paint that part. Then the zappers and NES controller were created from edited photos and superimposed on top of it all.

wavdash : remove the stroke from layer settings. and go to edit > stroke... it'll look more sharp like pixels instead of the rounded stroke you have nowwwww
